History

1999

TSC Container Freight was created as a business of The Scoular Company to handle container freight for agriculture businesses participating in the global market.

2004

TSC’s business expands to include moving bulk grain by container across the seas. The business also began to offer bundled transloading services in the Chicago area.

2005

TSC added offices in Kansas City and Omaha. A third office was added in the Chicago area, in Downer's Grove, IL. TSC expanded its customer list to over 1,000 companies, providing freight to all continents and focusing on growing exports from North America to Asia.

2007

TSC handled over 65,000 TEUs (twenty-foot equivalent units), when securing containers was extremely difficult for most of the industry.

2008

TSC added a Charleston, SC office.
